We were only staying for one night . Cindy made us feel welcome and helped us to arrange a wine tour in the Hunter Valley. The rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was a bonus. I would recommend this lovely Boutique hotel to anybody staying in the region.

Absolutely magnificent! The property, the serenity, the food, the service, the Everything! This is surely one of the most fabulous places to stay in the Hunter Valley. I wanted peace and quiet for some R&R, and lovd the old school charm, fireplaceand antiques. Whatabeautifulenvironmentto recharge in. At the same time I would love to return with family and friends and book out the whole place! It would be perfect for a weekend of fun and food - especially in that gorgeous dining room! Mark and Richard were amazing- sociable and friendly, available for every need but not intruding on your privacy. The included breakfast was delicious and 5star. This is a very special place that I highly recommend.

Well located historical building. Very comfortable. Although close to busy road, surprisingly quiet. Welcoming staff. Included breakfast was excellent. Very reasonable pricing. No hesitation in recommending and we will definitely stay again when next in Paterson.
