The BnB was very thoughtfully planned out. We had a big space and a private bathroom, with lots of thoughtful extras in the room. Was very quiet at night and had an amazing view of the water (as the name suggests!). We stayed in this location as it was only a 10-15 min drive to the Bruny Island ferry in Kettering. The host was lovely and prepared the most amazing breakfast for us!

My second stay - even better than the 10/10 first one. Lovely and warm welcome with heating turned on and a little homemade sweet for our arrival meant the place felt like home from the start. Impeccably clean, built with the environment in mind, acknowledges the Traditional Owners. I loved the family feel about the place. The staff were extremely helpful. I was great to deal directly with the owners of the hotel. The decor was beautiful, the shared guest facilities superb.

Charming historical house in very good condition. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating, provided a great breakfast, and a fascinating historical tour of the adjacent hop kiln. Highly recommended.

Great location and we had a room with a view of the water and gardens. We were here in winter and imagine it would be fantastic in warmer weather and when restaurant is open. We had drinks in the lounge in front of the fireplace and the facilities were very good. Breakfast was better than expected. Spacious, comfortable and very good shower. Loved watching the tassie birds enjoying the gardens and the fountain.

The room was beautifully fitted out, with very comfortable bed, quality furnishings in excellent condition, spacious luxury bathroom with quality toiletries, comfortable couch and coffee table, fridge, coffee machine and kettle etc. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, serving an excellent included cooked breakfast with good choices. Great location close to the Bruny Island ferry.
