Great location and we had a room with a view of the water and gardens. We were here in winter and imagine it would be fantastic in warmer weather and when restaurant is open. We had drinks in the lounge in front of the fireplace and the facilities were very good. Breakfast was better than expected. Spacious, comfortable and very good shower. Loved watching the tassie birds enjoying the gardens and the fountain.

The location on the waterfront is superb and the whole ambiance of the villa is charming. The staff where friendly and professional and we enjoyed a lovely evening meal.

The room was beautifully fitted out, with very comfortable bed, quality furnishings in excellent condition, spacious luxury bathroom with quality toiletries, comfortable couch and coffee table, fridge, coffee machine and kettle etc. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, serving an excellent included cooked breakfast with good choices. Great location close to the Bruny Island ferry.
