We loved The Chapel. It sits on a hill overlooking the Huon River with great views all round and only a few minutes from Cygnet. It is a very private place surrounded by paddocks which were great for wandering in. The fire place was fantastic for the couple of cooler nights we had and the views from the cauldron bath tub were amazing. The hosts communicated everything we needed to know and we were very lucky to receive a few goodies, most of which we used on the stay. We would definitely stay again.

This was a great stay, just what we needed for one night on our way through the area. We were able to heat up some prepared food in the nice kitchen area. The bed was sweet - we slept well! The location/view was also very nice, it's a single room by itself overlooking a pasture area.

I love everything! Beate decorated the room so warmly and beautifully, making it very cozy and suitable for relaxation. The accommodation has a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
We chose this location as a base to access the South Cape Bay track and some other nearby walks. It is a great location, just across the road from the shore and close to the town centre with IGA supermarket, coffee etc. We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness, and the provision of kitchen facilities and basic food needs (condiments, spices, cling wrap and foil, etc).
