We were surprised by the whole set up. Not sure what we were expecting really but it was so well set out, spotlessly clean and really homely. A place you walked into and felt immediately comfortable - so good when you’ve travelled a long way.

Wonderful older homestead,nicely furnished, central heating, fire in the lounge room, huge windows to take in the lovely garden and grounds.
Breakfast was all set out in the kitchen as if by magic, lovely coffee brewing on the stove,and a perfect host.

Debbie and Lee were awesome, super friendly and accommodating. Brekky was delicious! Nothing but positive things to say, a magic experience all round! Loved feeding the alpacas and how close the property was to nature trails.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Great location, convenient off street parking and decent sized rooms. Good hot water shower that left my hair feeling very soft. Good sized fridge. Nice quiet neighbourhood during the week. The beds were pretty comfortable and had electric blankets, hilariously one was on upside down with the heat controls at your feet. Enjoyed our stay.

It was a great location not far from the city centre yet was very quiet considering the amount of traffic going past. Very friendly staff that were willing to help when needed.
A great location near Sovereign Hill. Quiet and it was great to have a decent amount of freezer space for our meals. The beds were comfortable and the apartment spacious. I booked a single room for my son and I and we were given a two bedroom apartment which was amazing and allowed me to work in peace. The wifi was reliable which is really important to me when I’m on work trips. It’s not 5* luxury but it was everything I needed it to be and the staff were lovely.
