Really lovely and well maintained grounds with a gorgeous view. Apartment itself is basic but has everything you need and if not the owners are nice and if you ask they will help you with what you need. It’s walking distance to the little market and bakery in town.

We loved staying at Guesthouse Luiza for our family vacation in October (6 nights) - it was the highlight of our Albania trip! Luiza and her sisters made us feel very welcome, they are so nice and always made time for everything we needed and for a chat. They are very dedicated and we loved their home-cooked hearty meals so much, that we ended up eating every meal there for the week. The beautiful garden was perfect for our 3 year old who loves to run around and for our 12-year old who loved to read in a quiet corner of the garden. During our stay the oranges, grapes, olives and pomegranates in the garden were being harvested - so delicious!. We were allowed to move to another apartment downstairs, after already checking in to an upstairs one (very nice - great view), but downstairs was way more convenient for the small (active) child. Just an example how Luiza and her sisters made sure all our wishes were fulfilled. The beach is very close, just a 1-2 minute walk away. Almost all other touristic places were closed at the end of October (2 small supermarkets in walking distance still open), so we were lucky with great sunny weather and a very quiet surrounding. Since the mountains are very close, we had great hikes around Borsh, Qeparo Fshat and in the Shushica-Valley (now accessible via a new paved road). So the location is not only great for beach days, but also great for hiking and exploring the southern Riviera, we did several different day trips from there. We hope to come back one day and can fully recommend staying there!

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Very quiet and nice location. Difficul acces by dusty, rocky, narrow and step local path. You need to drive very slow and carefully. Only for experienced drivers. Very nice view from balcony. Coffee in restaurant only at breakfast time.
The hosts were very helpfull and communicative. The apartment was clean, located in a quiet neighbourhood and offered a spacious terrace with an amazing sea view. Close to the minimarkets, bakery and restaurants.

One of the nicest accommodations we've ever had. Many thanks to the great and kind owners Helen and George for a pleasant stay in their beautiful house. The apartment was as good as new, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, the towels were cleaned daily. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea. Peace and quiet in a blooming garden full of flowers, lemons and birds. We will be happy to come back here again and we will recommend this accommodation to all our friends who want to visit Albania.
Very clean place high up above the coast. You have an amazing view from the balcony, I enjoyed it very much. There is private parking in front of the house. The road to the house is a gravel road, don't be scared, you will make it. The next beach is Lukova Beach, from there you can hike to many small wild beaches you will have for your own.
Tiny little apartment with stuning view and very kind hosts. They were there in the house and helped if we needed and even gave us some fresh fruits and vegetebles from the garden. Very well situated to discover the region, beaches around. Clean and simole furniture, but very cheap, ideal for an active stay.

In our arrival hosts were waiting for us with cold water and delicious watermelon.
Fotinia and Bolzano are the perfect hosts. They took care of our comfort and helped (we got a flat tire in our car and Bolzano helped us find a mechanic). They were always smiling and willing to help.
The place is clean and spacious, with a beautiful view.
If you are looking for a quiet, clean and very nice place with a beautiful view and with very friendly hosts as well - this place is for you. I recommend it to everyone!
A beautiful and quiet place with an amazing view of the sea. House surrounded by a wonderful garden, hidden from the neighbors. All rooms are new and planned so that everyone has their own private sphere. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
