We got welcomed with fresh papayas and avocados from the garden. The property is very nice and for us in the perfect location as we were not looking for the touristy sites. We had the pleasure of meeting Ricky and his family. Ricky and Irina are born hosts, with the right touch of humor. Breakfast was a real treat every day. Ricky is a very good chef. We were also able to benefit from the best insider tips. This enabled us to explore Kona perfectly. Our time with Ricky was great. Should we return to Kona, we will definitely book the Hale Hualalai and maybe have a drum session with Ricky :)
