Lovely house well located outside of the main city. Beautiful view to the ocean, the house was clean during our stay and the owner was always there for us whenever it was a question or a concern. This was our best accommodation in Madeira. We liked the tastefully designed and comfortable interior. The host Maikel was very helpful with arranging whatever we wanted. Unlike other places this had a good wifi suitable for work from home. The location is a couple of minutes from the harbour and there is a great restaurant just downstairs.

Alexia room was a perfect for a short stay & the neighbourhood was easy to navigate once you got used to the hills of Funchal. Great place for solo travellers.

The location is superb on the edge of Funchal overlooking the ocean near excellent restaurants, the old town and a short walk to the funicular and centre. Sara, who met us at the apartment, was extremely kind and gave us really good suggestions about what to do, where to eat, etc. It was very quiet. I highly recommend this apartment.
