Perfectly clean and modern apartment. Felt like we were the first to stay. Excellent location meant only a few mins walk to the port. We were lucky enough to snag a parking spot downstairs but noted there is paid parking available close by. The owner/manager of the property were extremely responsive when we had the unfortunate luck of some rowdy neighbours. Wouldn't hesitate recommending.

The room was fabulous--clean--new--well equipped and there was coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, lots of fresh bottled water. The AC worked great and so did the wifi. The host was very accommodating and helpful in finding beaches, restaurants, etc.

In addition, we are pleased that there are still owners that do not participate in this nonsense of switching to poorly heating and electricity eating air conditioners and instead offer a traditional warm, long lasting heating with gas or oil, which is also better for general health and allergy sufferers.....

Great central location, the room was clean, comfortable and stocked with snacks and drinks. My favorite apartment that I have ever rented in Volos. Won't rent anywhere else in the future! The owner was sweet and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I also had the pleasure to meet the owner, who is extremly kind and welcoming. Would definetly love to come back!
