The climate control was great - stayed cool insdie despite heatwave outside. Parked for free on a nearby street. In the morning, I ate a slice of the chocolate pound cake provided by the owners. We liked everything, the area is quiet, no parties, just a couple of very god restaurants nearbay and no ned for car - you can hop on water taxi if you need to go to the city. Our room had a big terrace with a view at the sea surrounded by a nice kept garden, perfect beach is just 1 minute walk down the hill , breakfast is sufficient and coffee is nice. Our room was kept very clean everyday, the bed was big and comfy. Our host Dimitri was very nice, helpful and funny person. I hope I will be back sometimes.

Theo met us in the room to show us all of the amenities. The room was luxurious. The king bed was really nice and comfortable with soft sheets and four pillows! We were so comfortable, we almost didn't want to leave the room. The location was also perfect. We were next to all the restaurants and shopping galore, and there was parking across the street for a fee. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Volos. We will be back for sure!

Great central location, the room was clean, comfortable and stocked with snacks and drinks. My favorite apartment that I have ever rented in Volos. Won't rent anywhere else in the future! The owner was sweet and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough.
