This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking.... Lynda our host was really welcoming and she has the most exceptional property to stay in, we spent a night there in November but it would've been lovely to stay in the summer months as there are lovely views of the beach/sea etc from her panoramic windows. We also had a lovely relaxing breakfast in the morning before we started our drive home.

Tranquility No 42 Port Haverigg Marina, a property with a garden and a bar, is located in Millom, 42 km from Lake Windermere, 43 km from Wasdale, as well as 49 km from Scafell Pike. The location was excellent, we had a lovely view of the ocean and it was very accessible by car. The holiday home is warm, cosy and well-equipped to meet needs. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, would definitely return again if I'm in the area.

The caravan is very spacious and modern with comfortable beds. The views over the lake are stunning and it is a 2 minute walk from a great onsite bar and a beach, there are also fantastic water sport facilities. We enjoyed the space and had a lovely relaxing experience.

The location was amazing… a beautiful hideaway in the countryside of Lake District between sheep. The cottage was great, very cozy and perfect for a family with dog. Our dog Luna fell in love with the house dog - and think he was in love too! A really sweet creature! Great talking to Stephen our super friendly host. When we asked if we could stay a night longer there was no problem at all. The kitchen was fully equipped, beds perfect and shower also great. There were even special dog towels! The WiFi worked perfect (very important for our son haha) We will definitely come back!!
