Situated in Maryport, 29 km from Buttermere and 34 km from Derwentwater, Bells yard Apartment features accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. The host was very helpful and included breakfast at the cafe, which was fantastic. The apartment was great, with all that one needs for a lovely stay. Lynda our host was really welcoming and she has the most exceptional property to stay in, we spent a night there in November but it would've been lovely to stay in the summer months as there are lovely views of the beach/sea etc from her panoramic windows. We also had a lovely relaxing breakfast in the morning before we started our drive home.

Tranquility No 42 Port Haverigg Marina, a property with a garden and a bar, is located in Millom, 42 km from Lake Windermere, 43 km from Wasdale, as well as 49 km from Scafell Pike. The location was excellent, we had a lovely view of the ocean and it was very accessible by car. The holiday home is warm, cosy and well-equipped to meet needs. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, would definitely return again if I'm in the area.
