Location was incredible and marcella and Bruno were absolutely lovely. The apartment was incredibly clean and had more than anticipated in terms of extras e.g. Beach umbrella and chairs, extra bedding and beach towels. There was also a huge array of kitchen items. The building is really nice and we liked that there was a doorman there 24/7. All of the doormen were super friendly and we felt really safe there as 2 women travellers. The door also locked really well with a deadlock. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend 10/10

Great views of the Urca waterfront and Christ the Redeemer. It was very handy for sugarloaf mountain and the walking trail (Pista Cláudio Coutinho) below sugarloaf. We ate next door at a very reasonable bar/diner (Urca Grill).
