I advise you to visit the beach in front of Simus Beach Hotel (at our time of arrival, in September, there were free sun beds). On the other side of the building there is a supermarket, very convenient. The apartments corresponded to the photos on the website. The owner was in touch and responded quite quickly to our questions.

Good location (10-15 mins to the beach), clean, spacious. everything is modern, quiet neighborhood (far from the very loud all inclusive hotels which are all long the beach), just as expected. Big pool, quite deep that you can use until midnight. There is also a small pool for children. The host is also nice and live in the same building if you need any assistance. 5 minutes or so to the grocery stores and restaurants. It's a good value if you don't mind walking from/to the beach. The beach itself is free, shallow and perfect for families/children and people who can't swim for any reason.

Sırma Family Apart Hotel is a recently renovated aparthotel in Side, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, private beach area and garden. Location, good beach, spacious apartments with a living room and two bedrooms, two balconies, not hot. Nice territory of the hotel with fruit trees. Good manager Ibrahim, he helped with everything!

Beautiful medium-sized hotel with a personal touch. Everything was perfect, and families, people staying, came together to create a friendly, safe, and comfortable place to stay. I did have a problem, and the owner resolved this quickly, which I was grateful for. The rooms are clean and spacious, food is good, and the pools/greenery are amazing. Highly recommend.
