Set 800 metres from Kumkoy Beach and 23 km from Green Canyon, Elia Apartments in Side offers air-conditioned accommodation with views of the city and free WiFi. Very clean and comfortable and furnished in a modern stule. The kitchen area is well equipped with enough cutlery/crockery/ pots and pans to cook every day if you wished. The bathroom has a lovely big walkin shower, there is a large balcony with chairs and a table. The host Tayfun, is very helpful and very happy to answer any questions you might have. The apartment has a connection to a lovely restaurant in the old town Carpe Diem, which is well worth a visit plus if you tell them you're staying at the apartments you get a discount. We would highly recommend staying here

Very nice apartments, everything is new and renovated. Cleaning was always done regularly and on time. Also, location is great, just a minute walk to the beach, there are nice restaurants all around and shops, despite that it’s also very calm place, where the noise does not disturb at all. The staff is very great and friendly. It’s a really great place to spend a family vacation there :) everything was really perfect!

Located within 1.4 km of Evrenseki Public Beach and 1.4 km of Side Public Beach, Mali Garden Residence provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Side. Good location (10-15 mins to the beach), clean, spacious. everything is modern, quiet neighborhood (far from the very loud all inclusive hotels which are all long the beach), just as expected. Big pool, quite deep that you can use until midnight. There is also a small pool for children. The host is also nice and live in the same building if you need any assistance. 5 minutes or so to the grocery stores and restaurants. It's a good value if you don't mind walking from/to the beach. The beach itself is free, shallow and perfect for families/children and people who can't swim for any reason.

Set in a renovated historic building in the heart of Antique Side, Beach House Apartment offers a balcony with garden. This self-catering accommodation features a large garden and free WiFi. The location is premium, taking the morning coffee looking at the see is much enjoyable and empties the head. (sea view from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms). The apartment has everything one needs, the beds were super comfy, climatization in every room (we used it very little but it's there if needed), spacious and bright living room/kitchen. The garden is very nice and chill, there is a swinging bench that is perfect to end the day. The hosts are wonderful, Penny and Ali are lovely people who are living in a beautiful house right next and are very helpful. To make grocery shopping the cheapest are BIM, A101 and Sok but those usually do not sell any alcohol, if you want beer/wine then you have to go to Carrefour or Migros. To eat there is plenty of choice, in front there is The Taste whom the owner is very friendly, you can order there and they will deliver to the door. For a less tourist vibe and more traditional and family atmosphere there is Kalimera in the little alley of Appolon sk., there you will be treated as if you were at a family dinner, you can tell you are not sure what you want to choose and the chef will propose you a bit of everything and put it all on the table like a royal dinner, the food is awesome and very cheap. Side is a one of a kind place, if one likes ancient civilizations then this is the place to go. And anywhere you go in Side, always say that you are with Ali and Penny!

Situated in a quiet area of Side, Melissa Garden Apart is only 10 minutes’ walk to the sandy Side Beach. Enjoyed staying here. Nice hotel with the excellent staff. Good and large room. Two pools, one of them with cool aqua slide. Delicious meal.

The location is excellent: ≈20 minutes away from the beach; several supermarkets, pharmacies, and car rentals nearby. The rooms are equipped with a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. There’s also a nice pool with the sunbeds nearby. Overall, I am absolutely satisfied with our stay. A small hotel run by a family. They are always there to help if you need anything.
