One of the best place I have ever stayed in. If you want a unique once in a lifetime place to spend the night, this is the one to choose. Situated against the beautiful Atlas mountains, the desert and a nice orchard. On the top floor you have magnificient views. I had the pleasure to stay 3 nights and they were fantastic. The host arranged breakfast and dinner for me and the quality of the food was very high. Price quality ratio is excellent. Very friendly host who is open for a nice conversation and even a tour through the new orchard. Facilities were in excellent condition, nice hot shower, good toilet, kitchen at your disposal. The host lives on the upper floor so you do not sleep alone in the Castle. The castle is situated outside town but it is safe none the less. Oh and watch out for the green peppers, host says they are not hot but he is Tunesian, so now you know what happened when I tried the green pepper!

Siraj was a perfect host, from the first to the last moment. He wrote me via to make sure everything was ok and to give me information on how to get there. In fact, it was very useful because I realized that, due to my mistake, I arrived in Touseur at 2 am. Siraj's father offered to pick me up at the bus station, and hosted me in his house offering me breakfast until the next day to check in. The thing I appreciated most was that, not knowing the local culture, I offered to pay for the service and Siraj's father told me that he did it wholeheartedly as a favor. As a traveler, where people are often kind only to ask for money, this thing struck me a lot and left a beautiful memory both of Siraj and his family, and of all Tunisians, who I consider an extraordinary and very kind people. Also, having breakfast with an authentic Tunisian family is a very important and valuable cultural experience for me. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos, about 15 minutes walk from the bus station and the center, in a quiet and safe area. I walked it several times even in the evening in total tranquility and safety. Absolutely recommended!

Our hosts were amazing :) Ready to help, support, guide when we need, always with the smile. We had a truely wonderful time in this house. The interior is simple, confortable, ornemented with taste and authenticity. The location is also great, near everything there is to see or visit in Tozeur while still offering calm. We highly recommend ! It's nicer than the pics :)

I would love to give 11 out of 10 stars: the appartement was way better than I expected or even imagined. A really large living room with huge couches, TV, and good running Internet. Two large bed rooms with comfortable beds, and a balcony each. A bath room even with bath tub. A modern kitchen, and a huge floor; every single room with cool designs. Very friendly and charming young host - he showed us the city and went eating for dinner with us in a great restaurant with awesome atmosphere. He speaks fluent English! Appartement is like only five minutes away by car from the city centre, the next Carrefour supermarket, and some cool sightseeings. When we come back to Tozeur, we surely will stay again in this appartement!
