The room, facilities and location exceeded our expectations. The host picked us up and showed us to our room, this was not expected. It was a very easy process. The room has a fold out lounge, washer, table and chairs. It is very comfortable. The 4 pools are amazing. The hosts were easy to contact if needed and they gave so much information before the stay. The location is perfect. Across the road from the beach and the Jomtien Night Market next door. Truly an outstanding stay.

I have been travelling to this place so many times, bet this oplace is so far above any other place I have stayed that its embarrassing. rooms perfect and perfectly equipped, location perfect but quiet, clean everywhere and lovely helpful staff. One thing needs to be mentioned its the beds, I havent slept an full night in 2 years because of hip pain, but I slept trough the nights like a baby, just amasing

Just a 10-minute walk from the beach, BUTTERFLY GARDEN BOUTIQUE RESIDENCES Apts and villas, A Lifestyle Destination Ex Lg 1-3 bedroom units , Full kitchen, 2 Full bathrooms, Rain shower, Spa bath,... I absolutely loved this place! We didn’t expect it to be that spacious. It looks a bit outdated and the doors creak, but it’s still nice. We usually stay in hotel chains, but this time we came with a crawling baby, and it was the best decision to choose this place. It’s just 5 min away from Pratamnak night market and 7-11. The beach is 15 min walk. Very close to nice cafes: we liked The Gardener, Nudi cafe and the nearest Thai cafe Mango tree 365. The manager said that cleaning is once every 4 days, but since we’re with a baby we can ask whenever we need it! I highly recommend this place, especially for those with babies - a huge area for a reasonable price.

This is best spacious property with all amenities except washing machine. We get large flat tv smart with all access to apps in hall and a led tv smart in bedroom as well. Centralized air conditioning, fridge, dish washer, stove gas, sofas, fan, wine glasses, glasses, all kitchen items. Host is best lady supports everything we need, levels there but all have lift service. Location is best to go spa, bars, 7/11, 2km to walking street. Value for money. Thanks again
