The room, facilities and location exceeded our expectations. The host picked us up and showed us to our room, this was not expected. It was a very easy process. The room has a fold out lounge, washer, table and chairs. It is very comfortable. The 4 pools are amazing. The hosts were easy to contact if needed and they gave so much information before the stay. The location is perfect. Across the road from the beach and the Jomtien Night Market next door. Truly an outstanding stay.

The room was very comfortable and well equipped, good size balcony. Bathroom good size, hot shower, plenty of towels. The reception staff is friendly and speaks perfect English. The view from the rooftop is stunning and it wasn't busy, so we had the pool to ourselves. Decent size pool, good for swimming.

Absolutely perfect location close to Bangsaen Beach roundabout the best place to get taxis, access the beach, markets and restaurants. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Well-appointed with complimentary snacks and fresh fruit on arrival. Our host, Thanthita, was so friendly and polite. We will definitely stay again.

El Asia's Beach Apartments se encuentra en Sattahip, a 300 metros de la playa de Bang Saray, y ofrece vistas al jardín, wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratuito. Very modern and clean. The manager, Mr. Frankie, was so welcoming. We will definitely stay there again.

The room was spacious and the sea view was magnificent.There was a large TV monitor and You Tube was available. There was also washing machine,so I didn't have to go to the laundry. The location was good, because it was in the middle of Pattaya and Jomtien.Pratumnak night market was just around the corner.

No fui a este apartamento despues de que el día anterior a mi llegada me enviaron un documento PDF con las instrucciones para recoger las llaves y me dio miedo pues proponia que fuese a un aparcamiento en una calle determinada a buscar la llave y que luego vendrían a buscarme, en fin un lio.
He estado ya tres veces en estos condos. El anfitrión siempre está disponible para ayudar. Los condos son sencillos, pero son funcionales y están muy limpios. Me encanta la piscina (enorme), que tiene al lado un pequeño gimnasio. Hay restaurantes en las plantas bajas con comida muy buena y barata. El autobús al aeropuerto está muy cerca. Pagando 10 baths, puedes acercarte al bullicio de Pattaya. Jomtien es más tranquilo. En definitiva, me gusta acabar mis vacaciones siempre aquí.
El lugar es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Las piscinas son espectaculares y la vista también. El apartamento se encontraba bien ubicado y contaba con todas las comodidades al interior. Es pequeño pero acogedor.
UBICACION. AMPLITUD DEL APARTAMENTO.
La ubicación frente a la playa de Jomtien, una zona un poco más local y más tranquila que la playa de Pattaya, pero cerca para ir en moto o en songthaews, todo tipo de servicios cerca y el aspecto de alojamiento más tradicional, difícil del encontrar al lado de todos los edificios de apartamentos y grandes hoteles q hay. También el restaurante del hotel frente al mar era muy bueno y el personal excelente y muy amable
Apartamentos separados de los demas
El área de la piscina era perfecta y muy linda, el apartamento, era estupendo, con vista al mar, cocina equipada baño bastante grande , cama muy cómoda, y un espacio para ver la TV. El personal era siempre disponible y muy amable, en general era muy tranquilo para descansar ya que no se sienten rumores de ningún tipo. Además tienes todo muy cerca, restaurantes bares y tiendas, sin contar la playa que está justo al frente del hotel, aunque es una zona muy concurrida es muy linda.
Es mi segunda casa..!!! He podido estar en 2 años 5 veces..y es estupendo.
Las vistas del apartamento en la planta 21º y del lado sur, tal como habiamos solicitado. La rapida resolución de pequeños incidentes de mantenimiento, la sorpresa de tener limpieza diaria, agua de cortesia, cambio de sabanas y toallas, etc. Los anfitriones todos muy serviciales y agradables. Los conserjes muy serviciales. Volveremos
