Room is clean, modern, plenty of hot water, nice big TV, Serviced daily. Free water delivered daily. This property has a home like atmosphere. There is a very nice eating area with Snacks for sale, microwave, hot water kettle available for use by tenants. There is a very good, inexpensive tour provided of the area attractions. I highly recommend it. It can be booked through the hotel. The rooms are facing the road where there is traffic during the day however I did not find it annoying. At night I did not notice any excessive noise from the road or from any of the other tenants. The room is well insulated.

It is just outside the main part of the city so it's quiet at night for a good night's sleep but within about 5 to 10 minutes walk of the main part of the city which is great for the markets and Walking street which is just around the corner. The property owner actually cleans the property herself to the highest degree and made sure our stay here was comfortable.We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chiang Rai.

La dueña es encantadora,siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesta a ayudar. Nos propuso un conductor para recorrer los templos principales de Chiang Rai a muy buen precio. La habitación estaba muy bien para una familia, todo muy limpio. La piscina es pequeña pero suficiente para un chapuzón.. No hay desayuno incluido,totalmente entendible si tenemos en cuenta que ella se ocupa de todo, pero sí hay té y café y cada día nos regaló fruta diferente. Te hace sentir como en casa.
En general un apartamento básico con aire acondicionado que funciona de maravilla y una gran nevera que nos mantenía el agua fría todo el tiempo.
Son unos apartamentos con todo, muy limpio y cuidado, tanto el exterior del hotel como el interior. Tiene para tomar café o té, chanclas para la ducha, agua gratis y hasta paraguas. La relación calidad precio excelente y un desayuno adecuado, con una muy buena atención del personal. Repetiría sin duda alguna. Gracias
Como todo hostel tienes que acomodarte. Pero la estancia estuvo buena. El wifi es bueno y al piso final tienes como un espacio de cocina y living
Ubicación y personal muy agradable. Muy familiar, te hacía sentir como en casa.
