There is a very nice eating area with Snacks for sale, microwave, hot water kettle available for use by tenants. There is a very good, inexpensive tour provided of the area attractions. I highly recommend it. It can be booked through the hotel. The rooms are facing the road where there is traffic during the day however I did not find it annoying. At night I did not notice any excessive noise from the road or from any of the other tenants. The room is well insulated.

All units include a desk. We had a really superb stay at Jansupar Court. Our host was fantastic! Friendly, approachable and very attentive to our needs. Our room was spacious, fresh, extremely clean and well equipped. They cleaned our room everyday and provided us with fresh bottled water daily. There's also laundry service available. Location was good for us. Quiet and only about 20 min walk from the night bazar. I highly recommend this place!!

It was clearly very well built and very nice inside 5* the lighting was very nice,bathroom and shower where well put together 👍 a bar in the main bedroom was a bit weird but cool 🍹 The decor was very nice indeed,the kitchen looked a bit slapped together and the electric fob auto entry and auto lock was awesome I have to get one for my home😁

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We were really impressed with the property and location. It is just outside the main part of the city so it's quiet at night for a good night's sleep but within about 5 to 10 minutes walk of the main part of the city which is great for the markets and Walking street which is just around the corner. The property owner actually cleans the property herself to the highest degree and made sure our stay here was comfortable.We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chiang Rai.
