Super modern. Everything is available. Including laundry (washer and dryer) at the ground floor. The rooms are large. Bathrooms excellent. The staff are great. Everything is well organized. It has a parking for everyone. What more would you want?!

The place had lots of character and the location was accessible and near the places we wanted to go. Lots of restaurants and massage places surrounding the place. Very spacious, modern bathrooms, washer and dryer also. We booked the three units and all of them were consistently nice, More importantly, Micky the host was very gracious and patiently answered our queries and gave a lot of tips to help us.

We were amazed to see our condo - it was amazing! Everything we could have wanted after two weeks in bungalows in southern Thailand; big open space, huge bed, comfortable couch, frigde, AC, a lot of free water, nice bathroom, big TV (with Netflix). The surrounding area (Nimmanhaemin) is young and hip. The more touristy old town is within walking distance (if you like to walk).

ARMO Nimman se encuentra en Chiang Mai, a 2,6 km de Mercado de Chang Puak y a 3,1 km de Wat Phra Singh, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis. The room was Large, well set out, plenty of storage, there was a couch, desk & work area and a kitchen as well. WIFI was insanely good, DL & UL speeds that exceeded well past 120mbps. Downstairs their was a 7/11 & a laundry service. Was right in Central Nimman, walking distance from most things. Would love there to have been a pool, however, at this cheap of a price in such an incredible location, that's just me being greedy hahaha. Condo & Lifts was only accessible with Entry Keycard, which meant security was never of concern.
