Villa itself is very modern with everything you need inside. Leaving room with a kitchen (with all the needed staff) and terrace, bedroom. two bathrooms and a outside barbeque zone. Wifi is stable. The host is easy to communicate via Whats up. You should expect long distances to other places (about an hour to Mokra Gora and Zlatibor) and definitely need a car.

He even offered to bring the firewood into the house from barn that is beside a house. Very, very nice person, helpful and thoughtful. Property was ready when we arrived to check in and he even started a fire in living room and turned on a hot water heater. Perfect location (at least for us), outside the village but close enough. Slavka will make your stay easy and she is available for any kind of help or assistance. The location is 10 minutes drive from Zaovine Lake and 20 minutes from Mitrovac. The view from that apartment is amazing, you can see the lake and beautiful nature around. You have all the items in the accommodation, cooking equipment, and all the necessary stuff. The nearest walking path is a 10-minute drive, my recommendation is to drive to Mitrovac and you have a choice within 5+ walking paths. The landlord thought about everything, from comfortable beds to little details such as chocolates, a wine bottle, cooking and bathroom essentials etc. The terrace and the view are magnificent. It's near the centre and the landlords are really kind and helpful people.
