Villa itself is very modern with everything you need inside. Leaving room with a kitchen (with all the needed staff) and terrace, bedroom. two bathrooms and a outside barbeque zone. Wifi is stable. The host is easy to communicate via Whats up. You should expect long distances to other places (about an hour to Mokra Gora and Zlatibor) and definitely need a car.

Slavka will make your stay easy and she is available for any kind of help or assistance. The location is 10 minutes drive from Zaovine Lake and 20 minutes from Mitrovac. The view from that apartment is amazing, you can see the lake and beautiful nature around. You have all the items in the accommodation, cooking equipment, and all the necessary stuff. The nearest walking path is a 10-minute drive, my recommendation is to drive to Mitrovac and you have a choice within 5+ walking paths.
