Very kind and attentive attitude to their clients. We were surprised by a lot of small compliments from the Hotel. And to be honest I don't remember such great hospitality never before. The room is big, tidy and clean, renovation isn't new. It has own kitchen and balcony. It's fully equipped with everything you need - from hairdryer to spoons and forks. Also the greatest point of staying in this hotel that you will have a breakfast in the rooftop that is situated near the Ocean and Porto Moniz natural swimming pools. So you will see very beautiful view. We liked staying in this hotel, highly recommend it.

The host was incredibly hospitable and nice to us. Maikel helped us with everything we needed, very nice person! The food in his restaurant is incredible, the apartment is clean and nice, it has everything, even a beautiful view from the balcony, with looking at the sea.

This beachfront property offers access to a terrace. The apartment has family rooms. Clean, comfortable, nice to have a swimming pool. Host was charming.

Location: perfect. 2 min from airport bus stop and la vie mall which has Pingo Doche supermarket . 1 min to SAM bus terminal. As we didn’t rent a car, it was perfect taking bus to places we wanted ( or transport pick up services to hiking)5 min to promenade and 15 min to old town. Unit 3A: our unit is big and kitchen has everything we need that we cooked most of our meals during our 8 days stay. Bring all herbs/oil/salt/pepper with you if you don’t want to buy at supermarket. There are 3 dolce gusto capsules and 3 tea bags. Dish detergent/capsules and shower gels. Extra towels and bedsheets in the closet in case we needed them. There is a car/motercycle rental next door if you want to rent a car. Communication is perfect with whatsapp and instructions via video. Overall we had a great stay and wish we could stay longer!

Staff is so nice ans the contact also before our arrival was perfect. We came one day later than expected due to strong wind and still everything was perfect. They even offered us to stay one more night die free as we lost the first night. Would never expect this but it was a great surprise. Thank you for everything!!
