The **host is very accommodating and easy to negotiate with**, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What we loved most is how kid-friendly it is! The **playground** outside was a hit with our kids, and they enjoyed playing with other children in the neighborhood. And of course, the **pool** was the highlight—they couldn’t get enough of it! To sum it up, it was a wonderful stay, and we can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommended, especially for families.

The best host I’ve ever had. The location was superb! It was in the center of everything you’ll ever need. The room was so clean and spacious. It was so comfortable that I hesitated going out. Haha. This unit is extraordinary, very clean, very specious, equipped with everything we need and makes us feel like we are at home. Access to the gym and swimming pool is a very good bonus and having Ayala Mall literally under us is very convenient. Me and my girlfriend like it a lot and will definitely visit again next time when we are in Davao. Highly recommend and excellent value for the money!
