Probably the best condo I have been in Philippines till now. Clean, so close to the Mall, well equipped (even washing machine or toaster), silent air condition, very good wifi, good contact with the owner. I liked stay there.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, pool view and a terrace, Matina Enclaves 2br Condominium short walk to sm city is situated in Davao City. Awesome bright unit clean and uncluttered. Good kitchen amenities, reliable internet, comfy beds and a really good shower. The pool was also top notch. Close to the mall and the bus terminal.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and hot water in the shower. We have a car and there is plenty of parking that is free.

Modern Oasis - 50” TV with Netflix, Prime & HBO is a property with a private pool, located in Cagayan de Oro, within just 800 metres of Centrio Mall and 700 metres of Museo de Oro. The stuff on the condo that we were looking for were all complete. Especially the extra trash bags and other kitchen utensils. And the overall aesthetic or decor of the condo was nice. The host or owner was really responsive as well, so it made our stay easy and smooth for us.

The host was very organised, everything was provided. My parents was happy during their stay. The condo unit is superb. All the essential needs was provided.

My stay at Joyce’s Condo was absolutely splendid! Host was very kind and accommodating, she happily assisted me with any questions that I had and even went out of her way to ensure I had a smooth and pleasurable stay. Check-in was fast, amenities were great, place was fantastic and exceeded my expectations all for a great price point! Strongly recommending this place for anyone looking for a condo to stay at in CDO!
