بيت نزوى bait nizwa is located in Al Jināh and has a heated pool, a kitchenette and city views. It is set 200 metres from Nizwa Fort and provides a shared kitchen. The apartment is very nice and well furnished and in a top location near the souq, the fort and restaurants. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped, with a hairdryer, toothbrush and other toiletries. The city of Nizwa and the surrounding area is definitely worth a visit.

Situated in Al Ḩamrāʼ, Al Rawnaq Studio has recently renovated accommodation 46 km from Nizwa Fort. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the apartment free of charge. I loved everything! The apartment is spotless and very comfortable. It has a small kitchen area (kettle, microwave), a living room area and a big comfortable bed. Marita the owner is lovely and helped us with advice on restaurants, sights and where to park at sights. There are restaurants and grocery stores close by. Al Hamra is a perfect base to visit Jebel Shams, Nizwa, Bahla Fort and Misfat al Abriyeen. The apartment is very easy to find with Marita's instructions. I HIGHLY recommend staying here.

We had the room with the big bath tub it was fun to have a soak together with your partner after a long day. The place is right in the middle of the old town next to the souq and fort. It is a perfect base to explore everything on foot in Nizwa. We ate at the food vans in the big parking in front of the souq and they had a best burgers for 1OR.

There the palm trees and aflaj near so it's a good place just to walk around.
