Very friendly staff. Originally we were to be in a room up two flights of stairs, and they were happy to look for a ground floor room for us, which was an upgrade. They were genuinely concerned that we had every opportunity to enjoy our weekend. First Class! The city center of Groningen is walking distance to everything, and the apartment was absolutely beautiful. I've already recommended this property to others, and will continue to do so!

There is a beautiful park at one end of the road and a supermarket at the other and it’s a short walk (10mins) to the city centre. If you have a car, a street parking permit is helpfully provided by the friendly owner. We could quite happily live here!

I stayed with my 2 daughters at this house. What can I say….EXCELLENT. We were welcomed by the host and his wife. The house is super clean and well maintained, it has a beautiful decoration and the location is very good with a short walk to city center. I will definitely return.
