This is a great property, tastefully decorated and furnished, in a lovely location. It’s well-equipped, very comfortable and spacious, with a nice outside seating area. There is a beautiful park at one end of the road and a supermarket at the other and it’s a short walk (10mins) to the city centre. If you have a car, a street parking permit is helpfully provided by the friendly owner. We could quite happily live here!

Located very close to the city center with a river view, close to a supermarket and several stores such as media markt and primark. Easy access to the center on foot. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped. The host is very kind and welcoming, he toured the apartment for us and explained how everything works. I would definitely recommed staying here if you are visiting Groningen!

Set 43 km from Groningen, Apartment Badnieuweschans offers accommodation in Bad-Nieuweschans in a street with historic buildings. The German border is just 400 metres from the property. The interior design made the stay really comfortable. Besides that, the apartment was very well equipped and the host friendly and helpful. The cherry on top was the fireplace!

Enjoy the rural charm and classic elegance of this authentic farm residence and feel the traditional hospitality already at its stately driveway, lined with wonderful limes trees. Probably the best place I've ever stayed! At least, I’m sure I’ve never given a “10” for all parameters. Silence. No extraneous sounds, you can't hear your neighbors at all. Having arrived, we just sat for a while and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of this place. Cleanliness. Clean in the toilet, clean towels, clean in the bathroom, clean floors (I walked on it in white socks, and they remained white!), no dust anywhere, even on the radiators. If you need to cook, there is a kitchen area right in the room, which has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink, dishes, coffee machine, kettle. The living room is very cozy, with a wonderful bay window. And in our case (we were there on New Year’s Eve) with a good view: all the fireworks were visible, and when we were tired of standing at the window, we sat on the sofa and could still continue to watch them. Great breakfast! Juice, coffee, tea, croissants, buns, butter, jam, fruit, eggs, pancakes, yoghurt, muesli, ham, cheese — there is plenty to choose from. The hostess greeted us with coffee and cookies. She appeared only upon check-in, and then at breakfast in the morning. Welcoming and friendly, but clearly does not like long empty conversations, which we really appreciate in people)). Therefore, it was very comfortable to interact with her.
