At the apartment complex, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Very nice cabin, directly next to the water! good temperature due to the wind from the lake. Very Kind owner. There were good restaurants in the area and a cozy vibe. Even though it was a cabin with open window (no glass) we actually only saw a few small insects inside if any! It was clean and nice. Of course you come here for a different experience than a 5-star hotel, and that you get! We can really recommend it!!! It’s very special to stay here😃 Everything was as it should be and we would come again!
Altagracia
Certain units in the apartment complex have private entrance and are equipped with desk and wardrobe. Some units include a terrace and/or a balcony with sea views and an outdoor dining area. At the apartment complex, all units come with bed linen and towels. The best part of staying here is that Hector makes you feel like family. He is such a kind man. He's willing to stop what he's doing to help at any time. We felt safe there because he was always either downstairs or nearby. The location is very ideal. It's right off the main road and I liked how it was kind of central to all of the adventures and activities we wanted to do. The Saturday market was also right along that road as well which was cool! It is a great budget friendly place. You have everything you need. Don't expect it to be luxurious but expect to have everything you need here. Plus you get to look out at the lake from your patio! Great coffee spot! There's a couple good restaurants that are walking distance as well as a tiny "pulperia" to get some basic food for the place. If you're wanting to do all of your cooking here just make sure to bring some groceries from the Mainland as your options will be limited.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, good location by the beach and a couple shops, motorbike rental is good. Breakfast is nice and well priced. Very good value money
Karliza was extremely friendly and helpful. She arranged our ferry transportation to and from the island. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained with a great view of the volcano from your front porch. The swimming pool was very clean and even included a diving platform. Our kids loved it! The hotel offers a good breakfast and effective air conditioning (if a bit noisy). The bathroom appeared brand new and would be perfect if it had hot water. Our room had a nice flat TV, but few free channels. We would definitely stay here again.
Very nice hostel and super helpful hosts. It's a lovely family business and you can rent a scooter directly from the hostel. The price per night and the scooter rental are super fair!
We loved our bamboo treehouse a lot!! The apartment was beautiful, with a small kitchen. Location was good and Che is very helpfull with everything.
Our cabin apartment was so gorgeous! Very spacious for the two of us, a really comfy bed with mosquito net, a dining table with a view to the sea and a perfect little kitchen so we could make our own food. Also a lovely, clean bathroom. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! It’s also in a great location in Balgue, a walk away from some great restaurants and scooter hires
The family that runs the place is amazing. They had good rental of scooters with a fair price and helped us to the port when we checked out. I recommend this hostel!
Danilo is the best! He has a nice and clean place. He helped us with the ATV rental and gave us many recommendations around the island.

Amazing apartment with a huge bed and a lot of space. It was very handy to repack our luggage. Very good breakfast for a good price. Kind staff. Great garden. Two lovely dogs and a cool cat. You need go have a off road vehicle (but imo it is very handy for the rest of ometepe as well). There is nothing we didn't like. It was super!
