The location was perfect for us, very close to Singapore, food court and large mall within walking distance. The owners were amazingly helpful throughout, could not have been nicer! Pool on the 7th floor was a real treat with the night view of the city and bay.

Correspondence with Ms Mandy was my pleasure, she gave me a clear and detail instructions on the check in and out procedure. However the signage at the property to direct visitors to the Basement Carpark was not obvious, the signage was too high and too small, so I drove all the way up to the top floor and couldn't find the designated parking lot, got back to Mandy and with the help from Security Guard, I managed to find the lot and smoothly check in. The property wifi was fast, clean and tidy with unblocking city view. This property provides hot /cold filtered water dispenser and basic cooking facilities. Security was good. Conveniently situated near Mid Valley and Old Town of JB.
