Set just 35 km from Singapore Zoo, Sunway GRID by SR Home offers accommodation in Kampong Pendas with access to an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as a lift. To start with, my contacts Farah and Adila were so attentive and gave me excellent customer service! Sunway GRID by SR Homes' property is very awesome! Their concept of "home-stay" is very unique, with all the displays of anime' characters as well as the bed designs. Staying in this unit by SR definitely gave us a feeling of safety and security as well as enjoyment. So far, of all the various stays we had in Malaysia, Sunway Grid by SR was the best! It was like an attraction by itself due to its unique interior design. Families who are looking to experience a "home away from home" stay, you may consider this property. Its location is walking distance to the Sunway Big Box mall and X Park, Iskandar Puteri. Although this area appears to be quiet and reserve, but travel distances to Malaysia Lego Land and to the city of Johor Bahru are not bad. Sunway Grid Residence by SR is very much recommendable for families. It is a great stop-over before you cross to Singapore!

It was a hassle-free services start from check-in moment till we're checkin out. The view was amazing, the facilities were superb, the host was very helpful and comfortably welcoming us. Great experience to stay there.

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Parking at premises was convenient and impressed with the friendly and helpful security guards. We came in a pair and was served by Mandy, who would give all the detail instructions via whatsapp. Almost instant reply, impressed with her services. The apartment was spotless, everything is so clean. There's drinking water too, washer, refrigerator, iron. Near mid valley mall too. Wifi is perfect. TV size is perfect. Comfortable sofa and nice unblocked view from apartment, yet getting your own privacy. Perfect spacious place to stay. Definitely will come back.

Great location next to Midvalley mall and easy access to other areas in JB. Elevators worked well, with short waits (unlike KSL apartments). The apartment was just as pictured in the listing. It was clean and we appreciated the fridge, microwave, washer with drying rack, and hot/lukewarm water dispenser. Our clothes dried on the drying rack within the day! (We moved the rack into the living room, under the fan. There were enough plates, cups, and silverware for our light use. There was also handwash soap at every sink. The shampoo and body wash liquid were not the best quality, so if you are picky, bring your own. The water heater heats up fast. We appreciated the baby equipment: high chair with tray, pack and play. The fan always turns on on high, so use the remote to lower it (remote missing from the larger room, we just used the remote from the living room to adjust it). The AC worked well and was cold. The hairdryer worked fine. As for the building, my husband reported that the pool and gym were very nice, but the kids play area was lacking. Mandy provided detailed instructions for key access at check in. Walk over to the kopitiam (casual eatery) next door for local cuisines and drinks!

The cleanineness and utilities rendered were beyond my expectations. The instructions provided were clear, and the host is very helpful and friendly. The amenities nearby were easily accessible and the food was good with a large variety of choices. The whole experience in the stay was very good and comfortable.

This is the first homestay that truly felt like a home - cozy, warm, and inviting. The attention to detail and care put into the space made it a memorable experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place with great hospitality and a homey atmosphere! Will definitely come back!
