Each of the studios and apartments have been renovated in 2017 and feature a dining area, a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. Perfect location. Very friendly staff. The interiors of the residence were stylish. And a big and quiet apartment. I slept well and did my workout in the living room :). The other two days I stayed in another hotel in Nice, which was much worse than this residence. So if you plan to stay in Nice, I recommend you this one.

The elevator works but it is only up one flight of stairs so it's not too difficult. The wonderdul owner is charming and attentive. Very helpful staff as well. It's quite obvious that the property has recently been renovated with much attention to details. Our room was clean, well decorated and relaxing. The rooms have a very nice kitchenette, private bathroom w shower. The beautiful glass doors in our room revealed an amazing view of the gorgeous church across the street. The room provides a small refrigerator, 2 burner electric stove, coffee, tea kettle, toaster, beautiful plates, cups, and wine glasses. Pots, pans, flatware. Small table and chairs as well as a cabinet for luggage and clothes storage during your visit. My wife's favorite part is that hot chocolate was provided as an option to coffee or tea. Towels and books for the beach are also available. The location is great! Close to the beach, a grocery store, a health food store, restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy and plenty of pastries. There are bus and tram stops for all of your travell needs/wants We would highly recommend and definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Nice!

It was very clean and had everything you might need in an apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, equipped with necessaries for the kitchen and even had a vacuum cleaner. The staff were very attentive to our needs and the breakfast was delicious. Location was good and near the beach. The parking spot was in a near buiding and was extra charge.

There is a market area very nearby with supermarket and restaurants. Completely safe and very nice people. The host was very positive and helpful. The place was more than we expected. Allianz Riviera Stadium is 13 km from the apartment, while Russian Orthodox Cathedral is 15 km from the property. The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, 8 km from OVELIA Villeneuve-Loubet - Les Vagues de Vaugrenier. Everything was just alright. They welcomed us by a welcome note in the room, very clean and comfortable, all the facilities you need for a good stay were there. What we didn't know (which has no impact of course) was that it's actually a senior residence place. So some of the rooms for senior residency and some for renting. That doesn't mean you are limited during your stay.

The parking is safe, the accommodation has its own parking space in the garage. The view from the balcony is beautiful, Monaco can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We will definitely be back.
