App-Art is located in the Nice City Centre district of Nice, 300 metres from Plage Blue Beach, 500 metres from Plage Voilier and 1.3 km from Avenue Jean Medecin. We arrived and our room was ready right as we checked in. We were personally shown the room and given the room key and access code. The elevator works but it is only up one flight of stairs so it's not too difficult. The wonderdul owner is charming and attentive. Very helpful staff as well. It's quite obvious that the property has recently been renovated with much attention to details. Our room was clean, well decorated and relaxing. The rooms have a very nice kitchenette, private bathroom w shower. The beautiful glass doors in our room revealed an amazing view of the gorgeous church across the street. The room provides a small refrigerator, 2 burner electric stove, coffee, tea kettle, toaster, beautiful plates, cups, and wine glasses. Pots, pans, flatware. Small table and chairs as well as a cabinet for luggage and clothes storage during your visit. My wife's favorite part is that hot chocolate was provided as an option to coffee or tea. Towels and books for the beach are also available. The location is great! Close to the beach, a grocery store, a health food store, restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy and plenty of pastries. There are bus and tram stops for all of your travell needs/wants We would highly recommend and definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Nice!

Situated in Menton, 400 metres from Casino Beach, Résidence Hôtelière Chambord au coeur de Menton - entièrement rénovée offers accommodation with a shared lounge and private parking. It was very clean and had everything you might need in an apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, equipped with necessaries for the kitchen and even had a vacuum cleaner. The staff were very attentive to our needs and the breakfast was delicious. Location was good and near the beach. The parking spot was in a near buiding and was extra charge.

Located within 11 km of Parfumerie Fragonard - The History Factory Grasse and 12 km of Musee International de la Parfumerie, Appartement Villa d'Aurore provides rooms with air conditioning and a... It was wonderful location. So beautiful and peaceful area with small streets, not crowded and green gardens everywhere. There is a market area very nearby with supermarket and restaurants. Completely safe and very nice people. The host was very positive and helpful. The place was more than we expected. Made with good taste and care. I was very happy and recommend with 10 stars. Thank you so much for you effort. I really hope there will be more careful hosts like you who value the high level of service. I appreciated the coffee very much. The time we spent made me remember the place and also gave me some interior ideas for my own apartments. Admiration to you❤️

OVELIA Villeneuve-Loubet - Les Vagues de Vaugrenier has a balcony and is located in Villeneuve-Loubet, within just 1.4 km of Plage des Bouches du Loup and 1.5 km of Plage de la Batterie. Everything was just alright. They welcomed us by a welcome note in the room, very clean and comfortable, all the facilities you need for a good stay were there. What we didn't know (which has no impact of course) was that it's actually a senior residence place. So some of the rooms for senior residency and some for renting. That doesn't mean you are limited during your stay.

Easy access on and off the highway. Easy access to the train station and to the Christmas market in Frejus

Marion was very nice, friendly and helpful. Any question we had she answered almost immediately. The apartment is very well equipped, the bed is comfortable. The parking is safe, the accommodation has its own parking space in the garage. The view from the balcony is beautiful, Monaco can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We will definitely be back.
