The room had good air conditioning and a modern , clean bathroom with hot water. Madhusanka and Dhanushka was very helpful to find options to charge my EV. Went beyond their limits and getting down power extension was very kind of them. Thank you so much for that extraordinary support which made my return journey to Colombo easy as I was able to charge my vehicle with my EVSE.

The location was great. We could walk to restaurants and the internet was fast enough to upload YouTube videos. These are the nicest people in the world. They have a single cottage ont he property that they rent out and they treat you like a King. The breakfast they prepared was amazing. But also eat lunch there. They have a cute little Gazebo thing they serve meals in and it is all home made and delicious. They arranged out rtour guide of the elephants and he did an amazing job too. I couldn't possibly recommend this place more hightly. Just book and have a great time. They will take amazing care of you. They also answer questions about how to get there so you can ride the cheap bus if you want to or take a taxi. They know everything and share it all freely.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Balangoda, Cottage Home Belihuloya is an apartment surrounded by views of the garden. Mr Sarath’s place is like a home away from home. We were so happy to stay here and rest for two nights after a month of travelling round Sri Lanka. There was a fully equipped kitchen for us to cook, although our lovely host still brought us delicious food and breakfast anyway! The place is super cosy and comfortable , with a great outdoor space you can sit and watch the monkeys playing in the trees and hear the bell and chants from the nearby temple, it’s a very authentic experience. We came on moto and the location was perfect for exploring the local area with stunning waterfalls and valleys surrounding you. It is also a recommendable spot for remote workers, I was able to conduct hours worth of video calls using the Wi-Fi without problem, but also there was good mobile coverage for backup. Above all our wonderful host was so kind and helpful, thanks so much Mr Sarath.
