Situated within 100 metres of Hiriketiya Beach and 600 metres of Dickwella Beach, Serene Villa features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Hiriketiya. Our apartment at Serene Villa really had the wow factor, we were lucky enough to be in room 6 which is relatively new and on the top floor and away from everyone else, with an incredible view! Comfy bed, great shower, lots of privacy, high quality furnishings, kitchen space, great air con etc - we were so happy here and I wish we had stayed longer than 5 nights! The team are wonderful, happy, welcoming and brilliant hosts. Breakfast was fantastic. The gym on site is better equipped than most. The yoga was great as was the coffee - we were very happy to pay for these extras - they’re definitely worth it. I also had a massage which was wonderful and used the laundry service which wS impressively quick! It’s a short walk to the beach/bars etc - so a great location. Word of warning - there are loads of monkeys so hide your food. They look into the windows to see what you gave! They broke into our apartment and stole our sweets/fruit - but our own fault for having them on display!

Eraeliya Villas & Gardens a boutique oceanfront beach resort in Weligama South Sri Lanka offering accommodation for up to 22 guests while ensuring personalized care for each visitor. Our stay at the Eraeliya exceeded our expectations. While it looks cool in the photos, it is even cooler to experience in person. We loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning and the pool is my favorite pool I've ever swam in. The servers, Deen and Rex, added to our stay with their friendliness and exceptional service. Location is great in that it is close to town, but also secluded from the hustle and bustle of Weligama. There are tuk tuk drivers always waiting outside the gate to take you where ever you need to go. I'd recommend staying here 10 out of 10 times and hope to return one day!

Offering a garden and garden view, Olu bunk is set in Dickwella, 200 metres from Dickwella Beach and 700 metres from Batheegama Beach. This property offers access to a terrace and free private... In our family, there are 2 adults and 3 very picky children (4yo and teens). Chamara organized a punctual transfer from Mattala Airport, the journey took a little over an hour. We were greeted by a very friendly, intelligent and very kind family. The wife cooks very, very delicious food. I ate very tasty hoppers, Kiri bath, pol sambola, dhal curry, string hoppers, roti, sweets etc. Lots of gifts. Chamara offered lots of help, such as bringing water and exotic fruits. We used two beautiful clean rooms, a balcony, and a large spacious kitchen. The rooms have good air conditioners and fans. In the large room, there is a kettle, tea, coffee and dishes. The owner brought a new refrigerator. The kitchen has everything necessary to cook and eat. There is even a washing machine. We had everything we need. The supermarkets are 700-900 meters away. Chamara's advices were very helpful - where to go, where to eat, what to see. Within walking distance, there are 3 great beaches: Turtle Point Bathigama Dickwella (we saw turtles, a beautiful rocks, and the most beautiful sunset) and Hiriketiya beach. The most favorite, the less crowded nearby beach is Dickwella Beach (7 minutes walk with kids), where we swam for hours, tried surfing, drank fresh juices, and the children ate wood-fired pizza. I liked everything very much.

Offering a garden and garden view, Uwon Resort is situated in Weligama, 1.4 km from Abimanagama Beach and 2.2 km from Dammala Beach. The room was exceptionally clean, and very spacious! The location is perfect—situated between Weligama and Ahangama, with easy access to stunning beaches. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, host was friendly and help us with organizing the bike, the views from the property were breathtaking.

Situated in Midigama, near Midigama Beach, Dammala Beach and Ahangama Beach, The Palm Private Cottages Midigama has a garden. Very nice house with a stunning garden. Everything is brand new and the host is very polite. All amenities were explained to us and a scooter was available, which we then rented. Nothing is left to be desired here!!! For breakfast there was a delicious fruit salad with yoghurt and coffee at our request. We particularly liked the fact that we had a garden where we could spend our time without noise and spectators and it really is a maximum of 4 minutes walk to the surf spot!!! An absolute insider tip... the best experience on our entire Sri Lanka tour.

Boasting pool with a view and views of pool, Villa Wellia is a recently renovated apartment set in Weligama, 2.8 km from Weligama Beach. Absolutely phenomenal experience! From the moment I arrived, it felt like I was stepping into a dream, thanks to the warmth and hospitality of Sam and Santa. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, offering tips for local attractions, and even checking in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling intrusive. The house itself is breathtaking – amenities were truly exceptional, with everything from a plunge pool to a fully-equipped kitchen that made me feel right at home. It was clear that Sam put a lot of love and attention into every detail. The vibe was so serene that I didn’t want to leave so I extended my stay here! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for an unforgettable, luxury retreat with hosts who genuinely care about your experience. Situated within 600 metres of Hiriketiya Beach and less than 1 km of Dickwella Beach in Dickwella, Jack&Rose, Hiriketiya provides accommodation with seating area. Nice big place, 2 bedrooms, a nice (shared) pool, everything looked great, nice style, clean and comfortable!

Set in Weligama, 1.1 km from Weligama Beach, Sanka Villa offers accommodation with a private beach area, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Literally everything and they had everything that I wanted

Situated near Hiriketiya Beach and Dickwella Beach, Shine View Hiriketiya is in Dickwella and features free private parking and a restaurant. Everything was perfect ! The appartment is clean and convenient. It’s 5-10 min from the beach and you have all the commodities around. The host is adorable, reactive and took care of me so well with a lot of small attentions that makes my stay so cosy and unforgettable. Even if she doesn’t speak English fluently she will do her maximum to help you 🙏.

Featuring garden views, PASSIONFRUIT HOMESTAY provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 500 metres from Madiha Beach. This property offers access to a terrace and free private... Very nice owner and delicious local breakfast. Rooms were basic but comfy.
