This property is very charming, the on-site contacts wife Jeem and husband Don are wonderful, kind, helpful humans. They are on hand for any questions, useful information and guidance. As well as fun sharing of conversation and music. I will absolutely book to stay here if/when I return to Nong Khai. The property has excellent working facilities, air-con, freestanding fan, refrigerator, hot water shower and daily renewed packaged drinking water. The property is incredibly close to the mighty Mekong River. I was able to make my tea and take myself, tea and healing bowl to the river for my morning mediatation session (5-8 mins walk dependant on how quick you walk). The guesthouse is full of flowers, with cool quirky unique sculptural mobiles with racks to dry laundry and parking. The property is opposite a peaceful temple in a quiet street and very close walking distance to a variety of useful amenities - Restaurants, small and large supermarkets (1 very close with a red awning sells Twinings English Breakfast and Earl Grey Tea amongst other herbal infusions. Only shop where I've seen this). There are also various small convenience stores, street food vendors and fruit-sellers, a lovely bakery and a 7-11 where I would buy fresh milk for my tea. On the Mekong promenade are many restaurants (traditional thai, chinese and wetern cuisine), as well as a varierty of street food vendors, ice cream and fruit sellers (also many bars if you like drinking alcohol).

Somerset Vientiane is a serviced apartment strategically located between Rue Samsenthai and Rue Setthathilah, just a few minutes from the iconic King Fa Ngum statue. セキュリティがしっかりしていて安心感がありました。ポーターさんもいて、客室までスーツケースを運んでくださいました。エレベータも完備されています。客室はかなり広く、2人では十分過ぎるくらいでした。調理器具を始めとして必要なアメニティなどは揃っていますので、長期滞在される方にもオススメです。清潔感があり、かなり快適な滞在となりました。また、スタッフの方は英語が通じますので、コミュニケーションには困りませんでした。翌朝のタクシーの手配なども、快く手伝ってくれました。

It was perfect for what I was looking for, quiet, comfortable, secure, close to the riverside and town centre (10 minute walk) and close to a gym. There is a coffee shop downstairs which has lovely food, coffee and other drinks. There is a seperate kitchen to cook some simple meals for yourself and a seperate lounge area which is very nice to sit around in. The apartment is very spacious. The owner let me check in early and was very helpful for any additional requests that I had. I ended up staying an extra week, I liked it that much.

Offering accommodation with air conditioning, Excellency Apartment is set in Vientiane, 2.9 km from Thatluang Stupa. The accommodation features a hot shower. Patouxay Monument is 4.4 km away. The boss is very good. He came out to pick us up and didn't bring enough local currency. The boss also lent us a car to exchange it! Get up early the next morning to help us take a taxi with local software! In short, it's great!
