Great central location in the middle of downtown, walkable to markets and many sights. Had a microwave and fridge, which was nice. The cafe is right downstairs and so cute (we only stayed one night so didn’t have time to try their food or drinks but they looked so good and it seemed pretty popular with locals). The bed was so comfortable!

He offered us to show us a nice restaurant, brought us there and even ordered something vegetarian for us - delicious. Also helped us organising a transfer to Laos border. Very trustworthy and made us feel welcoming and comfortable.

The boss also lent us a car to exchange it! Get up early the next morning to help us take a taxi with local software! In short, it's great!
