Situated within 47 km of Resonac Dome Oita and 1.3 km of Kinrinko Lake, 旅の宿 花景色 Tabi no yado Hanageshiki features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Yufu. The accommodation is well located. Super near the Yufuin JR station and there were many restaurants and mart nearby too. Accommodation was super comfortable and the bed is big! 3 rooms, 2 rooms with 2 super single beds and 1 room with tatami setup. The place was so clean and well-equipped. The host has been very helpful too whenever I had questions, deeply appreciate. Overall we enjoyed it a lot!

Excellent location, right in the city centre Kitahama district, 10 minutes walk from the Beppu station, surrounded by restaurants. The sushi place right next door was excellent, with the best miso soup I have ever had! The property is spacious, very clean, excellent facilities for self-catering, good toiletries. We stayed for 3 nights and it was an oasis to come back to after a tiring day of being a tourist. My wife didn't find the futon beds comfortable (too thin) but I had no complaints. The heating worked well on cold mornings. The layout of the WC, separate from the wash basin/laundry area, and shower/bath was a bit weird but no problem at all.

A standalone unit located next to the host's house. The property is furnished well and reminded me of a personal bach/summer house, feels like home - loved it. The property is well equipped - a full-blown kitchen with everything you need to cook, a bathroom, a dining table, a fridge, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. The owner left some "welcome" ice cream in the freezer and then brought a watermelon he had grown in his garden as a welcome gift. Nice touch. Big supermarket store right next door - food, drinks, medicines etc. (cash only). Great location - close to major Katsuki attractions, not long drive to Beppu. The host is very friendly and helpful. At the end of the stay, he gave us a tour of Kitsuki samurai residences which was a great bonus. Thank you, sir, it was much appreciated. I highly recommend to stay here if you're visiting Kitsuki, Beppu or nearby areas.

We loved nearly everything about this place including the large number of rooms, full-sized kitchen and dining table, 2 toilets, space for storing our suitcases and clothing, and the combined 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer. It is in a great location that is close to the JR train station and lots of restaurants. The host staff were very responsive and helpful.

Located in Yufu in the Oita region, with Kinrinko Lake and Yufuin Station nearby, 和っ花 provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The staff (whom we never met) was kind enough to leave a dessert for us, which was very appreciated. They provided everything you might need; also the washer is very useful. The parking is right in front of the apartment.

こや・かやき is set in the Yufuin Onsen district of Yufu, 45 km from Resonac Dome Oita, less than 1 km from Kinrinko Lake and 25 km from Beppu Station. Atmosphere and friendly host. They gave us free snacks and breakfast. Treated us like family ❤️

We also really appreciated the very helpful staff. We arrived a bit late but they were there to help us in.

Love the strict no shoes policy and the Japanese expectation that guests align to appropriate etiquette. Onsen was enjoyable, will come back again next year.
