Excellent location, right in the city centre Kitahama district, 10 minutes walk from the Beppu station, surrounded by restaurants. The sushi place right next door was excellent, with the best miso soup I have ever had! The property is spacious, very clean, excellent facilities for self-catering, good toiletries. We stayed for 3 nights and it was an oasis to come back to after a tiring day of being a tourist. My wife didn't find the futon beds comfortable (too thin) but I had no complaints. The heating worked well on cold mornings. The layout of the WC, separate from the wash basin/laundry area, and shower/bath was a bit weird but no problem at all.

A standalone unit located next to the host's house. The property is furnished well and reminded me of a personal bach/summer house, feels like home - loved it. The property is well equipped - a full-blown kitchen with everything you need to cook, a bathroom, a dining table, a fridge, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. The owner left some "welcome" ice cream in the freezer and then brought a watermelon he had grown in his garden as a welcome gift. Nice touch. Big supermarket store right next door - food, drinks, medicines etc. (cash only). Great location - close to major Katsuki attractions, not long drive to Beppu. The host is very friendly and helpful. At the end of the stay, he gave us a tour of Kitsuki samurai residences which was a great bonus. Thank you, sir, it was much appreciated. I highly recommend to stay here if you're visiting Kitsuki, Beppu or nearby areas.

Modern, family-friendly and clean house which had loads of space. We loved nearly everything about this place including the large number of rooms, full-sized kitchen and dining table, 2 toilets, space for storing our suitcases and clothing, and the combined 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer. It is in a great location that is close to the JR train station and lots of restaurants. The host staff were very responsive and helpful.

Located in Yufu in the Oita region, with Kinrinko Lake and Yufuin Station nearby, 和っ花 provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The staff (whom we never met) was kind enough to leave a dessert for us, which was very appreciated. They provided everything you might need; also the washer is very useful. The parking is right in front of the apartment.

こや・かやき is set in the Yufuin Onsen district of Yufu, 45 km from Resonac Dome Oita, less than 1 km from Kinrinko Lake and 25 km from Beppu Station. Atmosphere and friendly host. They gave us free snacks and breakfast. Treated us like family ❤️

Our room was huge with plenty of room for our family or four. They also provide towels and onsen kits that you can bring to any of the nearby public onsens. We also really appreciated the very helpful staff. We arrived a bit late but they were there to help us in.

Private Beppu Tanoyu Onsen asub Beppus, 200 meetri kaugusel Beppu jaamast. Kohapeal on kuumaveeallikate ja avalike vannidega majutusruumid. The whole house was ourselves. there was no need to worry about kids running. Enough rooms and beds shared with my parents and ours. The location was excellent! We went to the grocery store to get food and eat, restaurants to eat out. Excellent job of cleaning. Floors are super clean. I loved it. Hot spring came into the house, I felt a whole house heated because of hot spring (it might be just a hot day). However, we enjoyed taking a bath with family. Great value to stay! I will book this property again.
