The dedicated car park, which is almost a must when you visit Niihama, is a big plus too. Restaurants and convenient store very close as well. Communication with the host is absolutely apot on!

This accommodation was very spacious with a great living area and well-equipped kitchen on the 7th floor of a building. We were also able to secure a parking spot. There was also a washing machine which we used. The host provided a folder with many tourist brochures, including some in English which we utilised. There were also suggestions and locations for restaurants close by and a Family Mart and supermarket which was helpful. We had some very wet weather while we stayed and certainly appreciated the space in the unit.

I was expecting a tiny restroom typical of business hotel (ユニットバス), but the one here was fairly spacious. I like how the bath was a separate room from the sink. The bed was also very spacious.

The old resident house was built in the early 1900s and has been very well maintained. Our hosts were so lovely and very generous! They welcomed us with small gifts and a map to show us the best sites to see. Location is very easily accessible by train.
