Katsu was an amazing Host. He showed me the good spots around Seiyo and even invited me over to bis friends house for a drink in the evening. The House is quite big and has a lot of comfortable places to enjoy the nature and the countryside. I recommend it to everybody who is in the area and is looking for a place to stay.

Mashi was a generous host who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable during our stay. We stayed one night in the middle of our Shimanami Kaido cycling trip and picked up groceries in town to make at the guesthouse. The kitchen is well stocked and the perfect place to hang out. Make sure you take a short detour to visit Ikki no Gomon (a nearby 3000 year old camphor tree) and the further Mare Grassia public bath!

This accommodation was very spacious with a great living area and well-equipped kitchen on the 7th floor of a building. We were also able to secure a parking spot. There was also a washing machine which we used. The host provided a folder with many tourist brochures, including some in English which we utilised. There were also suggestions and locations for restaurants close by and a Family Mart and supermarket which was helpful. We had some very wet weather while we stayed and certainly appreciated the space in the unit.

Set 2.1 km from Minatomishimadaimyo Shrine and 3.9 km from Taisanji Temple in Matsuyama, 旧鈴木邸 女性専用 offers accommodation with a kitchenette. The old resident house was built in the early 1900s and has been very well maintained. Our hosts were so lovely and very generous! They welcomed us with small gifts and a map to show us the best sites to see. Location is very easily accessible by train.

高原マンション 205 is located in Matsuyama, less than 1 km from Yasaka Temple, a 9-minute walk from Okaido Shopping Street, and 1.4 km from Ishitegawa Park. Could not rate the property as we could not access due to door problem. However the exterior of the building is very shabby and uninviting with no signage that this is the Takahara Mansions as advertised. Its name was in actual fact Plateau Machison. In japanese. We were forced to hurriedly book alternate accommodation at 10 PM as there was no help available because this is remotely managed accommodation with no one to assist..
