Location was perfect for the walking we were doing. Our host even gave us a lift to the start of the walk we were doing as it was a little way from where we were staying, very lovely lady! You enter through a private gate and there is ample parking. The 1st floor apartment was spacious clean and cosy with everything you could want from a self catering point of view. In the village of Roundwood there is every amenity you could wish for such as a butchers, village store that sells hot food. There is also an artisan tea shop and bakery all within walking distance of the property.

The location had beautiful views, was a short drive from the grocery store, an easy drive from Dublin, and very accessible to the Wicklow Mountain area by car. The house itself was very comfortable, well designed, and had everything we needed. Free parking in the driveway. The property also had a couple friendly dogs and cat who came by to say hello which we loved!
