The family are super friendly upon arriving we were greeted and given a tour of the apartment. Breda couldn't have been any more of a saint, we were over for a long bank holiday weekend and ended up going to a festival in glendalogh house. Breda had bus timetables and even helped us out with lifts and lent us umbrellas throughout the weekend when the weather was too bad! Upon pure coincidence when we were out in the local pub touring around when we came across Breda's son. Without ever meeting him we got chatting and then soon came to realize who he was. Just goes to show how friendly this family really is and we would highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway. As a bonus the family has a very playful and friendly pup who cures hangovers!

I was sick during my stay and the host was kind enough to offer to go to the pharmacy, and got me food and juice so I could recover. He is a good, kind man and helped a solo female traveler feel safe.
