The views from the terrace are breathtaking, especially during sunset. Even better than the place are the two hosts. Amazing is a word which doesnt describe the full extent of their beings. Whatever we needed, whichever wish we had, the fulfilled it even before we could say it out loud. They invited us for dinner and helped us widening our horizons and discuss about life in all its facets and entanglements. If we are in Guatemala again, our first destination is the Casa Aleman! The two of them know more about Tikal and Guatemala than any guide could have told us. Do me favor and visit casa aleman :) Thank you for everything, you made us feel like we are a part of your family.

The owners have made an effort to make sure the place is well presented and ready for the stay. Location is good, you have a nice view from the terrace in front of the apartment.

IsmaRoom terletak di El Remate dan menawarkan kawasan pantai peribadi. The room and bathroom are clean and generously sized. The owners are incredibly warm and hospitable - they even went the extra mile to boil some water for us in their own kitchen when we needed it. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a toaster, and a coffee maker with a filter. It has its own separate entrance, which allowed us to come and go freely. We highly recommend this accommodation. Right across the street, there is a volunteer house that is spearheading some really exciting community development projects with the El Remate locals, especially the children.

Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure and had a switch to get hot water for those who want. Internet and TV signal was good.
