Everything was good enough 👍 Easy to find (seen from the road), nearby the Vardzia, surrounded by mountains. There is an own parking. Nice design of the guest house including the apartment interior, exterior as well as the dining hall. The chill out area in front of the apartment is supplied with a fountain. The host offers dinners and breakfasts (at an extra cost). They also offer Khikhvi wine made in their winery - a decent one , I recommend. They plan to invest and enhance the space: add more apartments, plant a vineyard etc.

The place was very neat, quiet, and well-maintained. Our host Tina gave us a very warm welcome. She did her best to make us feel at home and offered us valuable tips on spending our time in Borjomi. My personal favorite at this hotel was a little terrace on the top floor where we happened to stay.

We had a perfect stay at Bojormi Apartments - Zaza and Qeti are excellent hosts! The apartment is in a great location (walking distance to central park), ample private parking, fully equipped self contained kitchen, where you can enjoy your breakfast on the sunny terrace with the flowers and the honey bees... Our hosts welcomed us with a bottle of homemade smooth cognac and also a bottle of their delicious homemade wine! Qeti couldn't have been more hospitable and went out of her way to make recommendations and make our stay comfortable. We recommend using this as your hub to get to Vardzia and surrounding sights. Stay a few days in Bojormi, you won't regret it.

Well-done apartment with plenty of amenities. The apartment is even better than the pictures. We were delighted to see a fully equipped kitchen and even some coffee in the fridge! We loved the location which is only a few hundred meters from the castle (there's a side pathway with stairs). The apartment is on the second floor up a flight of stairs from the backyard. So it might not be for everyone. There are two rooms, each with twin beds inside, a TV and AC units. It's a very generous layout, perfect for a group of people. We favorited this apartment for when we visit Akhaltsikhe again!

She ensured comfort for us and was emotionally bonded, even tough she spoke in native language but was able to communicate easily. Room was very spacious, neat and well equipped with all facilities. It had a separate bedroom and a studio living room. Safe and secure, and all restaurants are in walkable distance.
