The first night, we got to watch the soccer game with the whole village. The Hotel is very nice, the people are wholesome and the food was great. Thank you for the hospitality, we had a great time! If you are visiting Vardzia, you have to stay here!

Very helpful owner and housekeeper, allowed us time checkin early with no questions asked. Owner welcomed with honey and chocolate. Location was very good , close to supermarkets and borjomi central park. Rooms were very clean and very well heated with hot water Would love to stay here again

The apartment is even better than the pictures. We were delighted to see a fully equipped kitchen and even some coffee in the fridge! We loved the location which is only a few hundred meters from the castle (there's a side pathway with stairs). The apartment is on the second floor up a flight of stairs from the backyard. So it might not be for everyone. There are two rooms, each with twin beds inside, a TV and AC units. It's a very generous layout, perfect for a group of people. We favorited this apartment for when we visit Akhaltsikhe again!

The apartment is brand new and huge. It is attached to the main family house and they are incredibly friendly. The location is about 10 minutes away from one of the recommended eateries’My House’. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the park and the main attractions. Would highly recommend this place
