The apartment was clean and updated decor very modern feel and very safe! Good communication with host... answered all questions quickly. Bed was super comfortable great sleeps, and quiet neighborhood.

The apartment was like brand new, very clean, spacious, and right in the plaza mayor with great views of the old city. David, the host/manager was very friendly and helpful with the stay and recommendations for dining. Great deal for the price. I'll definitely return!

Super friendly greeting on arrival with lots of local information from Francisco. Great location, short walk to centre of Merida and short walk to the river for walking the dog. Quiet at night. Small supermarket opposite. Excellent value for money and spotlessly clean. A kettle would be useful in the kitchen. Parking was easy in the Jose Fernandez car park using the Telpark parking app and reasonable E8 for 24 hours. 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
