Great location, within walking distance to all the center area, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the parking place was easy to access. It was the second time we were at this property and would probably book it again when we have any trips to Merida.

The room was impeccable and it was extremely easy to get into the property. I got a lot of recommendations where to eat, where to park, nearby restaurants, coffee spots and a supermarket. I also got information about touristic sites and what to do in the city. The receptionist who contacted me by WhatsApp and sent these information was polite and friendly. I appreciate the attention she gave us.
