You have everything you need here (shop, restaurant, kitchen...) and Dulce is an incredibly attentive host who helped us organise a lot of things. We loved it.

Was invited for a birthday drink and driven to the port at departure. Arranged a mountain tour with a private driver. The large room and lovely big terrace were very neat and tidy. Well-equipped kitchen. Everything spotless. Can warmly recommend this place.

Really sweet and accommodating hosts, the setting is otherworldly, it really feels like being on a different planet being surrounded by such a volcanic landscape. Peaceful sunrises with the singing sound of a couple buzzing bees and incredible sunsets, not to mention the night sky filled with stars. The house itself, situated just outside of Porto Novo, is beautiful and cosy too. The beach is right at the bottom and you can walk to the center by it.  We immediately booked another night here for our return to Porto Novo.

Despite a language barrier, the host was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. She assisted us in organizing our hike and gave us great advice on which route to take. She also helped us get the best ponche we’ve ever tried. The location is perfect for hiking, with easy access to stunning trails. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, just what we needed to start our day. I would definitely stay here again!
